NEW PROPERTY TAX IN ANDALUCIA We have new Tax in Andalucia in 2012. The main changes are the following: Transfer Tax for purchase Property From 0€ to 400.000€ 8% From 400.000,01€ to 700.000,01€ 9% From 700.000,01€ 10% Garage From 0€ to 30.000€ 8% From 30.000,01€ to 50.000€ 9% From 50.000,01€ 10% In general the Real Property Tax ( IBI) will grow up by each Town Hall during 2012 and 2013. The increase of the tax to be paid will be from 4% to 10% depending of the Town Hall. You could get benefit from reductions in your payment if you apply for it.
